How long does it take to receive my order?

Most of our items are dispatched in under 5 business days of your purchase (excluding weekends). We provide full tracking information and will update you along the way. Should you want an update please email us on hello@powerfitandsports.com.au at any time! 


Do you offer shipping to me?

We offer shipping to most locations Australia wide! We always aim to provide you the best price. Should your product be unable to be shipped to your location we will advise you.  


What if I receive the item and I don't like it?

Please contact us as soon as this occurs to discuss. 


What if my item is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos hello@powerfitandsports.com.au and we be in touch to discuss.

As a business we want you to get the absolute best price on the internet, however, we can't accept discount codes in conjunction with sales or other discount codes.
